Alaskan Apple Crisp      

 A delightful blend with Green Apples and Crab Apples grown locally (Anchorage Area) to give it the snap or "Crisp" as we call it. This fruity white wine is very pleasing to the palate and has a wonderful bouquet. It goes very well with pasta, chicken or fish. Served chilled or at room temperature, it is a favorite that can be enjoyed anytime.  This wine achieved First Place in the White wine category at the 2005 Alaska State fair.

Alaskan Ice

Our Favorite White wine because of it sweet sensual flavor. We chose a delightful grape Columbia River and mixed in a helping of Alaskan Fireweed Honey. The combination of 80% grape and 20% honey solution, gives this wine a light golden color and sweet flavor that is a a splendid after dinner wine. Serve chilled or at room temperature, it goes extremely well with fresh fruit and a nice Brie cheese. My friends call it "splendor in a glass", a fine wine for fine times.

Midnight Sun Delight

We use a blend of Blackberry and Blue Berry to achieve what we consider a delightful mix and a favorite at our table. This red wine very pleasing to the palate with it's soft and fruity flavor. It goes well with beef or lamb and is also a wonderful after dinner drink to share with friends. This wine achieved First Place in the Red wine category at the 2005 Alaska State fair.

Heavenly Berry

A splendid blend of handpicked Alaskan Huckleberry harvested from the Turnagain Arm and Alpine Blueberry from Hatchers Pass, give this red wine it's full flavor. It brings the Timber and Tundra together in a tangy, yet tasty wine. Best served chilled, it makes a fine dinner wine. This rich red wine also goes well with a good Brie and sliced peach. This wine achieved Second Place in the Berry wine category at the 2005 Alaska State fair.

Arctic Splendor 

Derived from 80% Pear Juice from the Washington, Oregon area and 20% Alaskan Fireweed Honey. This white wine comes together in a beautiful blend. It has a delicate fragrance and a light fruity taste. We feel it is a wonderful table wine that lends itself well with Pasta's and Mild Cheeses. Served Chilled it is very pleasing on it’s own.

(House Blend)

A limited quantity of our house wine is available at the winery, This year it is a wonderful blend of berries that makes this light red carry a flavor of it's own. A mix of Blue berry, Raspberry, Blackberry and Apple, it is something you will have to taste. We recommend that if you like it, buy some to put away in your wine racks because when it is gone, it is gone. We have less than 100 bottles available for retail and will not be making anymore this year.
